The restaurant Casa Vernescu is one of the nicest places for dinner and drinks in Bukarest! The chef, Joseph Hadad and his kitchen team, are the very best in town. Mr. Hadad worked for many years allover the word in the best restaurants, also in Germany. I can say from the bottom of my hearth that I never enjoyed food with so much pleasure!
It is not only the wonderful and charming taste of the food, everything that comes out of the kitchen is a little piece of art! It was cooked and designed with love because Joseph Hadad and his whole team love their work and it is their personal pleasure to make all visitors of the restaurant happy.
I recommend Casa Vernescu because of my own experiances and taste. Everybody who is interessted to share my opinion finds further informaton on the webpage www.casavernescu.ro! Das Restaurant Casa Vernescu befindet sich in Bukarest und wird von den begnadeten Händen von Joseph Hadad geführt. Es ist ebenerdig in einem wundervollen renovierten Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Ich habe sehr viele Restaurants weltweit und insbesondere auch in Bukarest getestet. Nicht ein einziges Restaurant kann mit dem Charme, der Finesse und dem ganz besonderen Zauber der Speisen von Joseph Hadad und seinem Team mithalten. Allein ein Blick in die Speisekarte macht Appetit auf mehr!
Schon an der besonderen Optik jedes Tellers, der die Küche verlässt, erkennt man die Liebe und die Fantasie mit der hier gekocht wird. Ganz abgesehen von dem besonderen Geschmack ist jedes Gericht ein kleines optisches Kunstwerk. Weinliebhaber kommen auch voll und ganz auf Ihre Kosten. Der umfangreiche Weinkeller des Hauses läßt kaum Wünsche offen und jede Empfehlung von Joseph Hadad trifft ins Schwarze, intensiviert und unterstreicht den Geschmack der Speisen!
